- Preparing houses ‘for sale’ by renovating and then selecting new interior furnishings, artworks/objects d’art, and outdoor settings to showcase the home at its very best.
- Restoring Federation homes where there are extensive cracks to ceilings, walls, including feature plasterwork due to age.
- Increasing the size of rooms by removing internal walls, installing steel support beams (if the wall is load bearing) through to plastering walls and ceilings.
- Complete home renovations - new kitchen, bathroom, carpet, blinds, appliances, and a coat of paint inside/outside.
- Supplying different carpet and paint samples to help client’s select new textures and colours for their home.

- Repairing and replacing roofing, including installing down pipes and gutter. Laying new storm water drains through to extensive drainage and stabilization work.
