CENTENNIAL PARK
All I want for Christmas is a new kitchen...and seeing the before photos top row, I think you'll agree we delivered.
Key considerations to designing a new kitchen in this federation home, was to ensure we incorporated the look and feel of the original home, consider the scrapbook images the client had collected, and transform the 'entire' room. The result is a stunning, functional kitchen, with generous breakfast bar, additional and innovative storage, and a space for a relaxed setting.
A colour scheme (courtesy of Home Colours) was critical to combine the colour of new flooring, cabinetry tones and wall colour. New ceiling and under cupboard lights helped provide a functional and ambient mood across the entire room – a much loved result!

DULWICH HILL
This house needed a good dose of TLC, and with the owner ready to live through the makeover, we firstly offered a new colour scheme to refresh and restore the interiors, courtesy of Home Colours.
Top row before photos show this home was overdue for a colour makeover - the paint throughout peeling, walls badly cracked and ceilings flaking.
We selected colours to highlight the features of this home – picture rails, ornate ceilings, and the detail in the entrance arch - new carpet and flooring completed this makeover and restored a much loved home.

CENTENNIAL PARK
Our client/investor requested a renovation makeover to refresh and modernise this townhouse. Top row photos show a selection of the 'before'.
Our team firstly refreshed the kitchen by installing new stainless steel appliances, and replaced existing door handles with new, throughout the townhouse. A new colour scheme, carpet, custom made blinds, and new lighting helped modernise the interior. We redesigned the bathroom and ensuite layout, installed new vanity units, mirrored cabinets, and stylish fittings to achieve a great result.
For the exterior, an overgrown courtyard garden was removed and repaved. Hedges trimmed, and white pebbles underneath helped to tidy the area. New galvanised handrail, and a steam clean completed this makeover; in three weeks!

HUNTERS HILL
This Bruce Rickard designed home was constructed in the 1970's between two rock ledges – the rock a prominent feature of this property. Concrete and brick was used extensively inside and out, with timber windows, beams and panelling adding to the natural form of this BR design.
Our makeover focussed on revitalising and refreshing this property. For the exterior - replacing old timbers, repairing plumbing lines, installing flashings, constructing a screen to the pool cavity, removing vegetation, a tree, and replanting - the final touch, a new colour scheme.
For the interior – a new colour scheme, new carpet, and electrical maintenance completed the makeover. The following photos offer a snapshot of the front exterior.

HUNTERS HILL
After enjoying the renovation we completed a few years earlier, this client called us back to ready their property for sale.
We introduced a new and stylish colour scheme which included new carpet throughout, then complimented with contemporary furnishings to highlight the smart-casual indoor-outdoor living this gorgeous home offers.

ANNANDALE
Having engaged our company previously for their renovations, this client called us back to give their back yard a makeover; wanting entertainment space, shelter for the dogs, and a low maintenance area.
We removed the existing vegetation and pavers, then constructed a new roof structure in keeping with the current style, and laid recycled pavers in a contemporary design. A fresh coat of paint on the fence, large stepping pavers and a sprinkling of ground creeper plants, and this result perfectly ticked all the boxes.

CONCORD
For this property we constructed a generous deck between the house and pool as a perfect platform for an entertaining/leisure space including a luxury spa, subtle boardwalk lighting and glass pool fencing [currently being installed].
Numerous internal works to the home were completed, however it was the transformation of garage to Sportsbar that was this renovation highlight - new flooring, doors, picture window to the pool, lighting, TV and custom made bar cabinetry - the latter created a smart, relaxed and engaging space - a high street ticket item for those that truly love an entertaining advantage.

SUMMER HILL
Before photos, top row show the existing bathroom – time for a modern makeover that would also retain some of the charm and character of this federation home.
We removed the floorboards and laid tiles in a colour/design that harmonises with the timber flooring. Installed a vanity on the opposite wall to the original layout to offer functionality and space; this also highlighted the leadlight window; plus installed a mirrored shaving cabinet for additional storage. Then finished the makeover with a blue pencil tile to reflect and remember the character of the home. |

HUNTERS HILL
After the tenants left it was time to makeover this six bedroom 16 room three storey waterfront home. A colour scheme was a must to modernise the interiors, with the water views providing the perfect palette. Home Colours created the scheme, and a dedicated hardworking team transformed in three weeks.
New carpet was laid in a colour to provide warmth, and contain the generous proportions of the rooms. Existing carpet on the stairs was removed and these polished to become a central feature. New window coverings, door hardware, and a bright welcome to the entrance completed the transformation.

For this homeowner we installed new lighting and carpet, together with a colour scheme and painting to refresh the interior.
The kitchen received a complete makeover with clever designing to offer additional storage space - custom made cabinetry, 'touch' cupboards, soft close drawers, LED lighting, caesarstone bench with generous waterfall-edge and a new timber look floor - all combine to offer a modern, smart and functional result.

ALEXANDRIA
Before photo on the left is why homeowners renovate; to increase the enjoyment and investment value of our homes; and this client certainly is now enjoying both.
Frameless shower screen, wall hung vanity, generous mirrored cabinet, large white wall tiles, and a great choice of floor tile by the client, gives this bathroom a more spacious feel. |

MONA VALE
After recently purchasing this house, the owner requested a complete and timely makeover – transform to a contemporary, stylish, warm and relaxed family home.
We offered a new colour scheme courtesy of Home Colours, new lighting, flooring, custom-made window coverings, bathroom redesign and refreshed kitchen – improvements that helped shape this transformation. We designed an innovative new layout to the master suite to add closet space and a generous his and hers ensuite, a feature of this home to complete this makeover.

SUMMER HILL
This home was painted with colours from the Heritage range that naturally blend with the red brick tones and red/brown tiles, characteristics of this period; colour scheme courtesy of Home Colours.
New gutter & downpipes were installed in the same colour to harmonise with the scheme. Then period details including the chimneys were painted, with a feature colour selected for the front entrance to emphasis the warmth of this family home. |

CHATSWOOD
This homeowner needed a solution for their south facing backyard. The concrete was cracked, uneven and collapsed; the pavers pitted with moss and discoloured by damp (B&W image showing before). The solution was to build a timber deck over the entire area – an effective practical solution that has transformed this property and added value. |

TERREY HILLS
This homeowner wanted a larger dining room to gather family & friends and update their kitchen.
Our solution was to remove the dividing wall, make the formal lounge the dining room and install a designer kitchen in the middle. Polished floorboards helped combine the two rooms, and custom-made cabinets delivered the perfect result.
